Govt. Re-Regulates Provisions on Mudik Prohibition

In an effort to prevent the spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (“ COVID-19 ”), as well to implement government policy within the transportation sector, [1] the Minister of Transportation (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. PM 25 of 2020 on Transportation Control during theEid al-FitrAnnual Exodus Period for the Year 1441Hijriahto Prevent the Spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) (“ Regulation 25/2020 ”), which temporarily bans the use of mass transportation during theEid al-Fitrannual exodus (“ Mudik ”) period.
