Govt. Reamends Procedures for the Export of Coal and Coal Products

In a bid to further improve policy implementation in relation to exports of coal and coal products, as well as to further the process of integration into the new Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system, [1] the Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation (“ Amendment ”), which is the third amendment to Regulation of the Minister onExport Provisions for Coal and Coal Products ( “Regulation 39/2014” ). [2] Regulation 39/2014 was amended twice previously, specifically through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister and Regulation of the Minister (“ Regulation 52/2018 ”).In essence, the Amendment makes a number of alterations to the following aspects, as originally addressed under Regulation 39/2014:
