In order to introduce further provisions that address parking facilities, pedestrians, cycle lanes, pedestrian crossing bridges, bus stops and facilities for disabled and elderly persons, as well as to ensure the safety of cyclists, the Minister of Transportation (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. PM 59 of 2020 on Road Cyclist Safety (“ Regulation 59/2020 ”), [1] which specifically addresses the following matters:
