Govt. Regulates Implementation of Environmentally Friendly Labeling for the Procurement of Environmentally Friendly Goods and Services

With the overall objective of further regulating technical provisions for the implementation of environmentally friendly labeling for environmentally friendly goods and services, as originally stipulated under Regulation of the Government No. 46 of 2017 on Environmental-EconomicInstruments, [1] the Minister of Environment and Forestry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. P.5/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/2/2019 on Procedures for the Implementation of Environmentally Friendly Labeling for the Procurement of Environmentally Friendly Goods and Services (“ Regulation 5/2019 ”).
