Govt. Regulates Imports of E-Cigarettes

With the ultimate goal in mind of protecting the health of the Indonesian public and consumers from the extensive usage of electric cigarettes (“ E-Cigarettes ”), the Ministry of Trade (“ Ministry ”) has now regulated the importation of E-Cigarettes through the issuance of Regulation No. 86 of 2017 on Import Provisions for Electronic Cigarettes (“ Regulation 86/2017 ”).
