Govt. Regulates Terrorism Prevention Through the Introduction of Indicators for Terrorism-Related Suspicious Activities

The Financial Transaction Report and Analysis Center (Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan– “ PPATK ”) has issued Circular No. 5 of 2023 (“ Circular 5/2023 ”) on Indicators of Suspicious Financial Transactions Related to Terrorism Funding (“ Suspicious Transactions ”) in an effort to ensure easier identification, as implemented by reporting actors.
