Govt. Regulates Treatments and Provisions on Taxes and PNBP Applicable Within the Coal Mining Business Sector

In an effort to ensure greater legal certainty for business actors within the coal-mining business sector in terms of the fulfillment of their tax and/or non-tax state revenue (penerimaan negara bukan pajak– “ PNBP ”) obligations, the government recently issued Regulation of the Government No. 15 of 2022 on the Treatment of Taxes and/or PNBP Within the Coal Mining Business Sector (“ Regulation 15/2022 ”).
