The Minister of Trade (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 52/M-DAG/PER/7/2015 on Import Provisions for Textiles and Textile Products (“2015 Regulation”). The 2015 Regulation has been issued in order to support local textile imports and also to adjust the import framework set out within the 2012 Customs Tariff Book. The 2015 Regulation also updates provisions pertaining to the importation of certain textile materials and products, and these can be found under the Appendix to the 2015 Regulation.
