The Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) recently amended various provisions originally set out under Regulation of the Minister No. 20 of 2021 on Import Policy and Provisions (“ Regulation 20/2021 ) [1] through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister No. 25 of 2022 (“ Amendment ).
