In an attempt to boost Indonesia's offshore cash loans, the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 117/PMK.08/2022 on Procedures for the Organization of Offshore Cash Loans (“ Regulation 117/2022 ”), which will now serve as the new legal basis for the procurement of offshore cash loans, hereby repeals and replaces the previous framework of Regulation of the Minister No. 172/PMK.08/2017 (“ Regulation 172/2017 ”), which bore the same title.
