Govt. Set to Introduce Protections, Facilitation and Recordation in Relation to Indonesian Foreign Investments

The Minister of Foreign Affairs (“ Minister ”) has finally issued Regulation of the Minister No. 10 of 2022 on the Protection, Facilitation and Recordation of Indonesian Foreign Investments (“ Regulation 10/2022 ”), which is set to become the basis upon which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“ Ministry ”) and Indonesian Diplomatic and Consular Representatives Abroad (“ Representatives ”) will provide assistance and services aimed at supporting foreign investments that are undertaken by Indonesian investors.
