Govt. Set to Issue Provisions on Business Licensing and Investment Facilities for IKN Nusantara

In a bid to expedite the construction and development of the planned Nusantara state capital city of Indonesia (Ibu Kota Negara– “ IKN ”), the government is currently preparing a Draft Regulation on Business Licensing, Ease of Doing Business (“ EoDB ”) and Investment Facilities for Business Actors in the State Capital of Nusantara (“ Draft Regulation ”). [1] In essence, the Draft Regulation aims to provide higher levels of legal certainty, opportunity and participation for business actors (“ Actors ”) in terms of the development of IKN Nusantara. [2]
