Govt. Set to Roll out Annual Reporting Framework for Artificial Intelligence Developers and Providers: Governance, Infrastructure and Utilization Metrics Targeted

The Director-General of Digital Ecosystems (“ Director-General ”) at the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (“ Ministry ”) has issued Letter No.  B-68/DJED.3/PI.02.05/05/2026 (“ Letter 68/2026 ”) on the Request for Input on the Formatting of Annual Reports for Business Actors under the Standard Classification of Indonesian Business Fields (Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia– “ KBLI ”) for the Artificial Intelligence (“ AI ”) Sector (“ Annual Reports ”).
