The Minister of Environment and Forestry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. P.71/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/10/2019 on Financial Reporting for Production Forest Utilization (“ Regulation 71/2019 ”). Regulation 71/2019 sets out a comprehensive set of guidelines which address financial administration in accordance with the various forestry accounting standards which apply to holders of several types of forest utilization permit.
