Govt. Sets Implementing Regulation on the Appointment, Supervision and Termination of IP Consultants

In order to fulfill the mandate to further regulate certain matters related to Intellectual Property Consultants (“ IP Consultants ”), as stipulated under Regulation of the Government No. 100 of 2021 on IP Consultants (“ Regulation 100/2021 ”), the Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation No. 15 of 2023 (“ Regulation 15/2023 ”), which will serve as an implementing regulation to Regulation 100/2021.
