Govt. Sets Requirements and Procedures for the Imposition of Certain PNBP Tariffs at the Ministry of Industry

In order to implement various provisions originally set out under Regulation of the Government No. 54 of 2021 on Non-Tax State Revenue Types and Tariffs Applicable at the Ministry of Industry (“ Regulation 54/2021 ”), the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has now issued Regulation No. 19 of 2021 on Amounts, Terms and Tariff Imposition Procedures for Types of Non-Tax State Revenue (Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak– “ PNBP ”) Applicable at the Ministry of Industry (“ Regulation 19/2021 ”).
