Govt. Sets Standards for Business Activities and/or Products for the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing Within the Health Sector

The Minister of Health (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 14 of 2021 on Standards for Business Activities and Products for the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing Within the Health Sector (“ Regulation 14/2021 ”) as an implementation of the mandates introduced under Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing [1] and Regulation of the Government No. 47 of 2021 on the Organization of the Hospital Sector.
