Govt. Simplifies Rules for Distribution of Oil Fuels, Gas Fuels and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)

In order to ease distribution of oil fuels, gas fuels and liquefied petroleum gas (collectively referred to as “ Fuels ”) throughout all Indonesian territories and also in a bid to bolster investment within this specific sector, the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (“ Ministry ”) has issued Regulation No. 13 of 2018 on the Distribution of Oil Fuel, Gas Fuel and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (“ Regulation 13/2018 ”).To achieve the abovementioned objectives, Regulation 13/2018 essentially simplifies procedures for the distribution of Fuels, which was previously addressed under a number of separate Ministry regulations (“ Previous Regulations ”), including:
