The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources(“Ministry”)has issued Regulation No. 25 of 2017 on the Acceleration of the Use of Gas Fuel for Road Transportation(“Regulation 25/2017”). Regulation 25/2017 sets out a number of new provisions designed to boost construction of gas-fuel filling stations, as well as the distribution of gas fuel to be used for transportation purposes by the general public. In order to achieve this goal, Regulation 25/2017 sets out a number of provisions which address the following matters:
