This time, the Minister of Industrial Affairs (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 62/M-IND/PER/8/2015 (“Amendment”) to amend Ministerial Regulation No. 63/M-IND/PER/7/2014 on the Oversight and Control of the Alcoholic Beverages Industry (“2014 Regulation”).
