Govt. to Implement the Single-Data Policy for Employment Data

In order to implement various provisions originally set out under Regulation of the President No. 39 of 2019 on Indonesia Single Data (“ Regulation 39/2019 ”), which is aiming to integrate all data produced by both central and regional government agencies (“ Government Agencies ”) into a single system, [1] the Minister of Manpower (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 15 of 2020 on Employment Single Data (“ Regulation 15/2020 ”), which will ultimately integrate all employment data (“ Data ”) deriving from Government Agencies under a single system.
