In a bid to improve the implementation of nationally strategic projects (“Projects”), the government has issued Presidential Regulation No. 58 of 2017 (“Regulation 58/2017”) on the Amendment to Presidential Regulation No. 3 of 2016 (“Regulation 3/2016”) on the Acceleration of the Implementation of Nationally Strategic Projects. [1] In essence, Regulation 58/2017 amends several provisions which pertain to the following matters:
