As part of the issuance of various implementing regulations to Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job-Creation Law ”), [1] specifically in relation to the shipping sector, the government has now issued Regulation No. 31 of 2021 on the Organization of the Shipping Sector (“ Regulation 31/2021 ”), which updates the legal framework for the organization of shipping businesses. The issuance of Regulation 31/2021 also means that several articles contained under the frameworks of regulations that address the shipping sector have now been repealed and replaced, specifically: [2]
