Govt. Updates Licensing Procedures for Spatial Planning Professionals

As mandated under Regulation of the Government No. 21 of 2021 on the Organization of Spatial Planning, [1] the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 15 of 2022 on Procedures for the Granting of Licenses to Spatial Planning Professionals (“ Regulation 15/2022 ”). [2] As its title suggests, Regulation 15/2022 regulates the overall licensing procedure and requirements that apply to spatial planning professionals (“ Planners ”).
