In an attempt to offer greater certainty and to improve the effectiveness of the current import and export regime for animals and animal products, [1] the Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation No. 72 of 2019 (“ Amendment ”) as an amendment to Regulation of the Minister No. 29 of 2019 on Export and Import Provisions for Animals and Animal Products (“ Regulation 29/2019 ”).
