Govt. Updates the Organization of KUSUKA for Business Actors and Supporting Actors Operating Within the Marine and Fisheries Sector

The Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation No. 41 of 2022 (“ Regulation 41/2022 ”), which updates various provisions on the organization of Cards for Business and Supporting Actors Within the Marine and Fisheries Sector (Kartu Pelaku Usaha dan Pelaku Pendukung Sektor Kelautan dan Perikanan –“ KUSUKA ”). Accordingly, Regulation 41/2022 repeals and replaces Regulation of the Minister No. 42/PERMEN-KP/2019 (“ Regulation 42/2019 ”), which was the previous legal framework for the organization of KUSUKA.
