As the Indonesian Government has decided to extend the period for the granting of interest subsidies/margin subsidies (“ Subsidies ”) in order to support a national economic recovery against a background of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the Minister of Finance has now introduced an updated set of provisions on procedures for the granting of said Subsidies through the issuance of Regulation No. 150 /PMK.05/2021 (“ Regulation 150/2021 ”).[1]
