As the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (“ COVID-19 ”) pandemic continues to affect the global economy, the Indonesian Government has decided to continue to offer a number of incentives in order to mitigate the ongoing economic impacts of the pandemic. However, said incentives will be provided on a selective basis depending on the country’s fiscal capacities. The framework for these incentives has been set by the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”), who has now issued Regulation of the Minister No. 3/PMK.03/2022 on Tax Incentives for Taxpayers Affected by the Corona Virus Disease 2019 Pandemic (“ Regulation 3/2022 ”).
