Green Equity Designations Now Available: BEI Introduces New Classification Framework for Sustainable Investments

The Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) has issued Decree No. KEP-00110/BEI/07-2026 on Determination of Green-Equity Shares (“ Decree 110/2026 ”), following the issuance of Rule No. I-A (“ Rule I-A ”) on the Listing of Shares and Equity Securities Other Than Shares Issued by Listed Companies, as set out in the Appendix to the Decree of the Board of Directors of BEI No. KEP-00045/BEI/03-2026 , which authorizes BEI to determine and designate listed shares as green-equity shares.
