Introduced on 12 August 2024, Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) No. 13 of 2024 (“ Regulation 13/2024 ”) on Gross-Split, Profit-Sharing Contracts (“ Profit-Sharing Contracts ”) outlines a number of provisions that specifically address the implementation of Profit-Sharing Contracts.
