The Government has issued Government Regulation No. 8 of 2013 on Details for Spatial Planning Maps (“Regulation”). The Regulation implements Article 14 (7) of Law No. 26 of 2007 on Spatial Planning (“Spatial Planning Law”). Article 14 (7) of the Spatial Planning Law stipulates that the details for spatial planning maps will be regulated in a government regulation.
