Guidelines for Construction Safety Management Systems Redefined

As an implementation of the various provisions originally set out under Regulation of the Government No. 14 of 2021 , which stands as an amendment to Regulation of the Government No. 22 of 2020 on the Implementing Regulation to Law No. 2 of 2017 on Construction Services (“ Regulation 14/2021 ”), [1] Indonesia’s Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (“ Minister ”) has now issued a set of updated provisions that contain a set of Guidelines for Construction Safety Management Systems (Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi– “ SMKK ”) through the issuance of Regulation No. 10 of 2021 (“ Regulation 10/2021 ”).
