Guidelines for Government Procurements of International Goods/Services Updated

The National Public Procurement Agency (Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah – “ LKPP ”) has issued Regulation No. 1 of 2022 on Guidelines for the Procurement of International Goods/Services (“ Regulation 1/2022 ”), which has now repealed and replaced the guidelines that featured under the previous framework of Regulation of LKPP No. 10 of 2018 , [1] which bore the same title (“ Regulation 10/2018 ”).
