The Minister of Manpower (“ Minister ”) has issued Circular No. B.240/M-NAKER/PHISSK-UPAH/X/2018 on Notifications Relating to National Inflation Rate Data and Gross Domestic Product Growth for 2018 (“ Circular 240/2018 ”).In essence, Circular 240/2018 serves as a set of guidelines to be used by all of Indonesia’s governors when determining Provincial Minimum Wages (Upah Minimum Provinsi- “ UMP ”) for 2019, as well as Regency/City Minimum Wages (Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota - “ UMK ”) for 2019 and specifically addresses the following matters:
