As one of the measures which is aimed at the effective utilization of the Special Allocation Fund (Dana Alokasi Khusus) for the development of trade facilities in form of rural markets (pasar rakyat), [1] the Ministry of Trade (“ Ministry ”) has issued Regulation No. 77 of 2017 (“ Amendment ”) on the Amendment to Ministry Regulation No. 37/M-DAG/PER/5/2017 (“ Regulation 37/2017 ”) on Guidelines for the Development and Management of Trade Facilities.With the abovementioned goal in mind, the Amendment redefines several provisions which address the following matters:
