Guidelines for the Implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions Within Jakarta Reregulated

During Transition Phase I, which has seen a ratcheting down of the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar– “ PSBB ”) that had been in place within the Special Capital Region of Jakarta (“ Jakarta ”) during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (“ COVID-19 ”) pandemic, the city’s case fatality rate and hospital-bed occupancy ratio has experienced a significant spike, pushing the capital’s health services into crisis as the number of positive COVID-19 cases continues to climb.
