Guidelines for the Preparation of Annual Reports by Issuers and Public Companies Updated

In an effort to implement sustainable financing in relation to issuers of securities and public companies, the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) recently issued Circular No. 16/SEOJK.04/2021 on the Form and Content of the Annual Reports of Issuers and Public Companies (“ Circular 16/2021 ”), which also stands as an implementation of Regulation of OJK No. 29/POJK.04/2016 on the Annual Reports of Issuers and Public Companies.
