Guidelines for the Reassessment of LJK Primary Parties Amended

In order to further ensure that financial services institutions are always owned and managed by fit and proper primary parties, the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) has now strengthened the framework for the reassessment of said parties by issuing Regulation No. 14/POJK.03/2021 (“ Amendment ”) as an amendment to Regulation of the OJK No. 34/POJK.03/2018 on the Reassessment of the Primary Parties of Financial Services Institutions [1] (“ Regulation 34/2018 ”).
