Guidelines on Developing the Radio Frequency Management System

Minister of Communication and Information Regulation No. 18/PER/M.KOMINFO/09/2011 on Infrastructure Development Guidelines for the Radio Frequency Spectrum Resource Management System (“Regulation”) was issued to create an integrated radio frequency management system (“Management System”)to oversee radio frequency resources. The Management System will be implemented in order to establish optimal, effective, and efficient national radio frequency spectrum resources; protect licensed radio frequency spectrum users from interference as well as minimize illegal frequency utilization; and also anticipate radio telecommunication technology development.
