Head of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan- BPOM) Regulation No. HK.03.1.23.12.11.10720 of 2011 on Guidelines on Producing Powdered Formula (milk) for Infants and Young Children (“Regulation”) was issued to implement Article 6 (3) of Government Regulation No. 28 of 2004 on Food Nutrition, Safety, and Quality (“2004 Government Regulation”).
