Guidelines on the Management of Exchange Traded Funds

The Capital Market Supervisory Agency and Financial Institutions (Bapepeam-LK) has issued a draft rule for public comment. The rule is available at http://www.bapepam.go.id/ragam/proposed_rules.htm as are the email and other contact details for any person intending to submit comments regarding the proposed rule. The proposed rule covers such matters as Sponsors, Participating Dealers, offering of mutual funds, exchange traded funds, the content of any prospectus, investment manager obligations, and General Meeting of Participating Unit Holders, among other matters.
