Handbook on the Settlement of Bankruptcy and PKPU Cases Finally Enforced

In an attempt to ensure that judges and registrar officials operating within commercial courts are all in possession of similar knowledge and therefore implement provisions originally set out under Law No. 37 of 2004 on Bankruptcy and the Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (“ Law 37/2004 ”) in a consistent manner, the Chief of the Supreme Court has finally issued Decree No. 3/KMA/SK/I/2020 on the Enforcement of the Handbook for the Settlement of Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation Cases (“ Decree 3/2020 ”).
