Heads Up! New Obligation for Business Entities in the Pipeline: Mandatory Annual Legal Audit by Legal Auditors

In an effort to improve overall awareness and compliance as regards the implementation of the law (i.e. the application of legal matters and public legal compliance), [1] as well as to address the lack of regulatory frameworks that specifically address the monitoring and evaluation of the legal compliance of business entities, legal entities and public entities (collectively referred to as “ Entities ”), [2] the government is currently preparing a Draft Regulation of the President on Legal Compliance During the Drafting of Laws and Regulations and the Implementation of Laws (“ Draft Regulation ”).
