On 26 July 2024, the government introduced Regulation of the Government No. 28 of 2024 on the Implementing Regulation (“ Regulation 28/2024 ”) to Law No. 17 of 2023 on Health (“ Law 17/2023 ”), which mandates that all parties who manufacture, import and/or distribute (“ Business Actors ”) tobacco and electronic cigarette products (collectively referred to as “ Tobacco Products ”) are required to comply with several health warnings affixation requirements, as was to be further regulated by the Minister of Health (“ Minister ”).
