Housing Financing for Public-Housing Savings Participants Further Regulated

In an effort to implement several provisions set under the frameworks of Law No. 4 of 2016 on Public-Housing Savings [1] and Regulation of the Government No. 25 of 2020 on the Organization of Public-Housing Savings, [2] the Public-Housing Savings Management Agency (Badan Pelaksana Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat– “ BP Tapera ”) has issued Regulation No. 6 of 2021 on Housing Financing for Public-Housing Savings Participants (“ Regulation 6/2021 ”).
