Implementation of K3 Within Confined Spaces Regulated: Enhancing Worker Safety

In an attempt to protect workers/employees (collectively referred to as “ Workers ”) who work within confined spaces (ruang terbatas) from potential hazards and to ensure safe, secure and comfortable workplaces, [1] the Minister of Manpower has issued Regulation No. 11 of 2023 on Safety and Occupational Health Within Confined Spaces (“ Regulation 11/2023 ”), which has been in force since 28 November 2023.
