Implementation of the National Logistics Ecosystem Within the Import Sector Introduced

In an attempt to improve the performance of the national logistics ecosystem, boost the national investment climate and expand the competitiveness of the national economy, provisions regarding the unloading and stockpiling of imported goods were recently renewed through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) No. 108/PMK.04/2020 (“ Regulation 108/2020 ”), which also harmonizes provisions which address the unloading and stockpiling of imported goods via the National Logistics Ecosystem (Ekosistem Logistik Nasional– “ NLE ”).
