Implementation Procedure for the Zero-Rupiah PNBP Tariff for the Issuance of SKA Introduced

As the Corona Virus Disease 2019  (COVID-19) pandemic continues to have an adverse impact upon the Indonesian economy, the Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 79 of 2020 on the Implementation Procedure for the Zero-Rupiah Tariff for Non-Tax State Income Deriving from Certificate-of-Origin Issuance Services for Goods of Indonesian Origin (“ Regulation 79/2020 ”) in an attempt to increase the flow of goods and to provide non-fiscal incentives.
