The Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued the Regulation (“ Amendment ”) which amends Regulation of the Minister on Import Provisions for Consignments (“ Regulation 182/2016 ”), with the aim of offering support to domestic industry through the redetermination of duty tariffs and/or values. [1] In essence, the Amendment redefines several matters which relate to the import of consignments, specifically provisions which relate to the following matters:
