In a bid to enhance the effectiveness of the importation of horticultural products, the Ministry of Trade(“Ministry”)has issued Regulation No. 43/M-DAG/PER/6/2017 (“Amendment”) which amends Ministry Regulation No. 30/M-DAG/PER/5/2017 [1] on Import Provisions for Horticultural Products (“Regulation 30/2017”).
